Happy Mother's Day!

What a great Mother's Day it is! I am so pleased with the gift we gave my very special Mom. We ordered the toolbox from the MacBeth Collection in paisley katmandu (monogrammed ofcourse). When ordering the MacBeth Collection warned us that mongrammed gifts can take up to 21 days for delivery but it arrived in 5! Great customer service! Additionally, we gave my mom the cutest hooks for tools in shapes of a shovel and dragonfly. If I can find pictures of them I will post! My N gave me the Rachel Leigh Satin Rope necklace I have been dreaming of...apparently I have been a great mommy this past year. Trips to the dog park, breakfast and dinner on time, flea and tick medication, heartworm each month, many cuddles and plenty of squeaky toys and treats have been much appreciated by the lazy dog. Thanks N (and you too B for helping him get on the internet:) Happy Mother's Day to the many moms out there!

Trapped...

B and I were at his parent's the past few weekends and I finally remembered to take pictures of the traps! I also found some plastic lobsters at a local party store to put inside. As I have blogged in the past, we are going to cut chalkboard/slate to place on the top to make tables for the appetizers and sides. We have certainly underestimated the complexity of cutting the huge pieces of slate. Apparently, it needs to be cut under water, so now that we have reached a point of understanding the process we just need to execute...in the next few weekends. I also thought it might be fun to have any graduation cards to be slipped into the traps???
